Indigenous Practices: Go back and Fetch it!

This is our final episode of  Season 3, and we are joined by Dr. Doula (Indigenous Birth Worker) and Lea Jones ( Medicine Woman) as we discuss Indigenous practices and getting back to the "Root" to the basics.  As our 2021 season comes to an end we thought our final message was to really Go back and Fetch it, Sankofa.  Return to the things that worked, reclaim all that we have lost that was good for us.   Also, go ahead and catch up on all the episodes you've missed.
